¶ 1. PLC
Sirius designed Neo architecture for scalability and efficiency in any application. Whether it is used as a pure viewer or when it becomes a full CNC, Neo maintains an unmatched price-performance ratio.
Neo is available with or without on board I/O. Depending on which kind of machine or process you are automating you can choose to use on board or two CANOpen channels and Ethercatcontrolled peripherals, or a combination of both. Neo is designed to be flexible and you can have it with up to 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs as well as 4 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. Terminal blocks are grouped in 4 macro blocks for a rapid reinsertion during production or diagnostic.
OS can be updated with a microSD card and the device can be updated via Ethernet or USB pen drive.
Neo is compatible to the XML standard IEC 61131-3 and PLCopen Motion while the built-in CNC provides a G-Code interpreter ready for use.

Neo is IoT ready and can be used in industry 4.0 applications and offers full support for remote assistance and remote control via VNC
Neo runs real time linux based on Preemp_rt patch and features hardware floating point calculations. CAN and Ethercat jittering is maintained under 20us.
With a customer-oriented design, the faceplate is fully customizable as well as user interfaces you design. Using Qt Designer editor you can create system themes to standardize your projects
System integrators, developers and manufacturers can protect their work with Neo embedded code protection. When deploying a project it could be encrypted allowing it run only on selected Neo devices. There is no way that some one else can steal your code.
Neo+ is the new family of Sirius PLC, maintains the same features likes Neo but with more computing power given by IMX8-plus processor.
SLC10 is a reduced version of Neo without GUI and less I/O capability but maintains the same PLC features likes Neo in a small case like our peripherals. It have an alternate function as Gateway for Profinet net to control a Ethercat net.

The SIRIUS EVO PLCS range gives excellent performances in little space at a very reasonable cost: HMI, PLC, CNC and I/O in one single unit, expandable, having the size of an HMI.
The complete version of EVO is distinctive because of the additional number of high speed inputs and outputs in comparison with the intermediate model.
Being particularly compact this equipment is indicated for use wherever potency.
